Ritz Carlton Bacara Floral Focused Wedding
Kate and Alex were married on the bluff at the Ritz Carlton Bacara overlooking the Pacific Ocean on a gorgeous Spring day.
Kate envisioned a wedding with a happy green and perfect blush tone that would be hinted at from the the Save the Date all the way through the end of the night with a step and repeat photo booth takeaway and macaroons that matched the wedding colors as well.
Guests were greeted with pink lemonade and mint infused water (to match the event colors of course). In an effort to not waste tons of paper we opted for a large framed poster on the ceremony details and order of events. It was a stunning piece to welcome guests and let them know what they could expect for the evening ahead. The ceremony poster was create by Oak and Orchid.
After the ceremony guests were escorted to the ocean terrace where they enjoyed the sounds of flamenco guitar and sipped on custom cocktails, enjoyed passed appetizers and took in the stunning views.
After the ceremony we snuck the bride and groom away for some one on one time and a few more couples photos down by the beach.
Guests then moved to the Rotunda Terrace for dinner. As they entered the space the bride and groom were on the custom step and repeat waiting to take a photo with every guest- it was a super special time where each guest got to pose with them and share well wishes. It was a modern day receiving line and produced the perfect photos for guests to take home. We teamed up with Open Air Photo Booth to make this happen.
Kate and Alex opted for lounges around the dance floor in a natural tone to match their invitation suite and we popped the lounges with colorful pillows in green and blush
After dinner guests moved into the Rotunda Ballroom to dance the night away and enjoy both s’mores and an ice cream sundae bar with all the toppings!
