We make sure that every detail is thought of in our Full Service Event Design and Planning package, which includes a custom designed event. Complete with vendor selection, contract negotiation and management, we oversee the install of the entire event and make sure everything is set-up according to plan. Then on the big day we make sure it is executed flawlessly, so you can enjoy each and every moment with your loved ones.

We help to determine your personal style and find elements that are unique to you as a couple, to make the day uniquely yours. We then translate this into terms that event professionals will understand and work with the floral designer, lighting/draping, linen, stationer and rental companies to to create a cohesive overall design, set-up, and flow of your wedding- from the save the date to the good bye
We set up and attend planning meetings with you
We review all contracts and negotiate pricing on your behalf
We set up room blocks for your out of town guests
We attend the event space walk-through and your menu tasting
We coordinate all of the details of your wedding day with each of your vendors and provide them with a detailed timeline of the day.
Access to our personalized planning software and design programs
On the wedding day, a lead planner and an assistant (determined based on number of guests) will be on site making sure your event runs smoothly and timely from beginning to end. We want you to enjoy each and every moment of your special day with your family and friends!
