National "Mutt" Day
It has been a while since we introduced the Magnolia Event Design & Planning mascots, Piper and Pierre. Piper is 7 1/2 years old and Pierre is 1 year old. They are both Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. They are Blenheim, meaning the chestnut (red) and white kind. What makes them super special to me is that they both have a polkadot on their cheek in the very same spot, that is actually how Pierre came to be part of our family.
Fun Fact:
Piper has been a flower girl/ring bearer in one wedding. Pierre has not been either, yet. Pierre is very talkative (read that as vocal) and lacks the attention span (can't sit still to save his life), so the chances of that happening anytime soon are slim to none.
Pierre has however been featured on the Cavlife blog and Style Me Pretty all before his first birthday.
They both love to kayak, run on the beach and live for breakfast, dinner and treats.
